Overview
The 43rd Annual Developmental Disabilities Conference will be held April 13-14, 2027, at 91̽»¨ University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine (91̽»¨) in Kalamazoo, MI.
The conference focuses on issues related to healthcare, social, community, and educational services which are of critical importance to the future of persons with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities. The program provided an overview of issues related to the spectrum of services currently available as well as strategies for enhancing these services. The educational program is designed for physicians, nurses, psychologists, social workers, therapists, educators, nutritionists, home care providers, and other professionals interested in the delivery of care and services to persons with developmental disabilities.

The Annual Developmental DisabilitiesÌýConferenceÌýPlanning Committee invites you to submit a session proposal for our 43rd annualÌýconference that will be held in Kalamazoo, Michigan, on April 13-14, 2027. All submissions will be reviewed by the committee and those accepted will be notified by October 30, 2026.
Registration
Registration opens December/January 2027.

- Early Bird Registration:ÌýDecember/January - February 28
- Regular Registration: March 1 - March 31
- Late Registration: April 1 - April 13
Your registration confirmation will be sent via email. Attendees must log in to register (if you have issues logging in, please contact ce@wmed.edu for assistance). By registering, you also agree to the current cancellation policy:ÌýConference registration canceled on or before March 31, is refundable but subject to a $50 administrative fee. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual if requested on or before April 1 for a $25 administrative fee.ÌýSend cancellation notices by email toÌýevelyn.oliveira@wmed.edu. No-shows and registrants canceling on or after April 2 will NOT receive a refund and will NOT be able to transfer their registration.
